MoonStory is operated by Elena Drakulevska, a sole proprietor based in Vienna, Austria (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By using MoonStory or subscribing to a paid plan, you enter into a contract with the Seller.

Scope & acceptance

These terms govern your use of the moonstory.design website, its free tools, and the Explorer subscription. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MoonStory.

Availability

The tools are provided on an "as is" basis. Features may change, be updated, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MoonStory lawfully and not to: (a) use it for illegal purposes, fraud, or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) interfere with security or availability, including probing, scanning, scraping at scale, or introducing malware; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

Intellectual property

The MoonStory website, brand, tools, and original content are owned by Elena Drakulevska and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission. You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or export using the tools.

Payments & subscription

Explorer is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Current pricing, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Applicable VAT/GST or sales tax is added at checkout based on your location.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment mechanics, billing, invoicing, and tax are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to Explorer features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and how to request one.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MoonStory (in whole or in part, with or without notice) if you: materially breach these terms; fail to pay amounts owed; use the service in a way that creates security, fraud, or legal risk; or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the issue first. You may stop using MoonStory and cancel your subscription at any time.

Liability

MoonStory is provided for informational and creative purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
